Returns

Shipping expenses are complimentary for all orders in US and Canada. However, due to the dimensions of hat boxes, you will be responsible for shipping the hat back should you want to return.

To complete a return, please fill out the form below within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of submitting a return form.

Due to small-batch production, Bagtazo does not accept exchanges. If you have a question about your size, please email sales@bagtazocollection.com before purchasing.

All archive sale, sample sale and made to order pieces are final sale.

Express Shipping

Due to the dimensions of hat boxes, the express shipping fee is extremely costly. As a result, Bagtazo regrettably cannot provide express shipping on any orders. Often, the cost of shipping approaches or exceeds half the value of your purchase. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once the product has been inspected and deemed acceptable for return. Any returns shipped beyond 7 days from return form submission will incur a $7.00 restocking fee.

Damages

Bagtazo will replace items if they are received defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, fill out the form below within 48 hours of delivery with the contact form below. We will ask for images, and once we determine the cause of the damage, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Repairs
If anything breaks within the first three years of use, we will repair it free of charge. Please send a request for repair with the form below. You are responsible for shipping to us, but we will cover shipping the item back. 

You may also re-plate anything for $10.00-$20.00 per item. Please fill out the form below. You are responsible for shipping the repair, but Bagtazo will cover shipping the item back.
