Zelda Fitzgerald’s mother’s maiden name is Minerva Sayer. Zelda is is a major inspo for Bagtazo, and since the bonnet is kind of like the mother of the cloche, (a style flappers like Zelda made famous), this piece is aptly named after the mother of history’s most iconic flapper.
